2 Lists that Sit on My Desk


Good Morning My Friends,


I spend a ton of time in my office on a daily basis. There are plenty of things in my office, a plethora of books, computers, notes, papers, etc.


Within those items are two lists. Two lists that I started filling out around this time last year.


A 'Best Moments' List and a '50 in 10' List.


These moments sat in my head and were never written down. That changed after reading a book by one of my favorite author's Jon Acuff. In his book All It Takes Is A Goal he takes readers through a 3-step plan that in my opinion is very effective in improving your self awareness.

The result of the exercises Jon has you do throughout the book will open your eyes!

The moment I started putting those moments or fifty things down on paper it reminded me of the cool moments I've experienced and how may experiences I still want to realize.


It is the realization that a full life is one full of experiences and moments.


Today, I'd ask that you do two things.

  1. Buy a copy of Jon's book (or mine ha)! - if you don't want to read either, gift it to someone.

  2. Enjoy the moment or experience you will have today!


Speaking of which, I need to go write a few more down on these lists!
